Knox and the Wildcats

We went to Kansas State's practice at the Ford Center on Wednesday. We made fools of ourselves and were able to get a couple pictures with KSU's star player (Jacob Pullen) and coach (the scariest used car salesman in the world) Frank Martin. Of course we had to get some Bennett in KU and Nora in K-State gear shots too.

We got some major publicity in the Kansas media Wednesday too. Zach and Bennett were on TV in Wichita. The links below have an article talking about Knox and me (or some guy named Zack Watson) and a picture of Katy and Bennett at the practice too.

Knox then attended his first game yesterday...I'm pretty sure he won't remember it, but he did at least even his liftime record to 1-1 as a fan.

Knox is here!

Unfortunately we had a complete and utter lack of foresight when naming the blog. Knox William Watson, in the last 12 hours, has been born (at 10:27 AM March 13th weighing 8 pounds and 1 ounce with a length of 20.5 inches), had his (speaking of "fore") circumcision, passed his hearing screening (Praise God!), and latched on nicely several times (had to throw that in there...I can tell you were all wondering). Without further ado, here are some pictures of the beautiful little thing. More on my (Luke) Facebook.

Oh yeah...the Wildcats are also 0-1 with him as a fan. I think it might have more to do with the Jayhawks being good than him being bad luck, but still, he's going to need to cheer a little louder.
